Janina Cambiano graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a BA in English and minors in Spanish and Interdisciplinary Studies. She was a member of the third cadre of students enrolled in the Honors College at UCA. In her professional career, she worked for 27 years in the administration of Hendrix College, first in the Development Office, then Communications, and finally in the Odyssey Office. In 2016, she decided to take the LSAT in preparation for attending law school. She was accepted to the part-time program at the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. While working full-time at Hendrix, she took a full load of courses in the evening and graduated in May of 2021. After passing the bar in July, she established her practice in Morrilton. She purchased the former McGee Monument building in the historic downtown area and is working on renovating the location. She was raised in Conway, is married to Mark Cambiano, and has two children. She has a fondness for antiques and has filled her office with a collection that includes pieces with a connection to Morrilton. She loves dogs, good food, and travelling the world.
